Booking Policies

All rates are in US funds (USD) unless stated otherwise on the payment page or invoice.

Deposits

Given the pre-planning nature of our vacations, commitments must be secured well in advance of your trip with us. We require a deposit ranging from 25% to 50% of the total trip cost per person, depending on the property booked. This deposit must be received by SnowLocals Group within 10 days of confirming your reservation. All payments are payable to SnowLocals or Charles Cohn.

Balance Payments

The balance payment is due 90 days before the start of your package. Failure to provide full payment by this date may result in cancellation of your reservation without prior notice. For bookings made less than 90 days before the package begins, the full package price is due at the time of booking.

Payment Options

Deposits and balance payments can be made via Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, PayPal, direct deposit, Bank Transfer, cash, or Venmo.

Consulting Fee

If you've opted for our consulting service, wherein we provide information, links, and recommendations for your trip, the one-time consulting fee is due in full upfront. Payment methods accepted include credit card, bank transfer, or Venmo. Please note that this fee is non-refundable, and the extent of information provided may vary based on your inquiries and the timeframe until your trip begins.

Cancellations

In the event of a cancellation, written notification must be sent either by registered mail to our company’s mailing address or by email to our company’s existing email address at the time of cancellation.

  • Deposits for cancellations made more than 60 days before the package start date are non-refundable.

  • Cancellations made less than 60 days before the package start date require payment of the total package price in full, which is also non-refundable. However, if the cancelled reservation can be resold to another guest who assumes the contractual obligations, an administration fee of $300 will apply, provided the space is still available.

SnowLocals reserves the right to cancel any package at any time, in which case full refunds will be issued.

Variations

Requests for variations to your booking must be made in writing. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate such requests and will inform you if they can be fulfilled. If a variation is possible, any changes in package or tour price will be communicated, and a non-refundable administration fee of $50 per variation will be charged, payable within 14 days of confirmation.

Refunds

No refunds will be issued for any unused portion of accommodation, car rental transfers, or ski passes once the holiday has commenced. Ski lift passes are non-refundable if lost, stolen, or damaged, and they are subject to the regulations and rules set out by the issuing ski area.

SnowLocals Group cannot be held responsible for snow conditions. Cancellation or amendment fees may apply for changes based on weather conditions.
